Gentlemen:
In accordance with the advertisement of the County Controller inviting proposals for the deliverl
of ballot bores containing election supplies for the General Primary Election to be held on May
15, 1962, to the Judges of Election for the one hundred eighty-eight (188) precincts of Washing-
ton County. I (or We) propose to deliver said ballot bores containing election supplies to the
various Judges of Election for the sum of:
A certified check made payable to the Washington County Commissioners, in the amount of $100000
is enclosed herewith as evidence that the bidder accept same and carry out the conditions of the
contract in case of award.

Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the bids be tabled until Friday,
March 23, 1962, at 10:00 a.m.
Motion carried.

present: Commissioners, Pettit, Cummins and Mazza. Also present at this meeting were: County
Solicitor Hassock, Tax Claim Bureau Solicitor Hormell, Mr. Ward of the Ward Printing Company,
Reporters Merdian and Crouse.
