I (or We) propose to deliver said ballot bores containing election supplies to the various Judges of Election for the sum of: A certified check made payable to the Washington County Commissioners, in the amount of $100000 is enclosed herewith as evidence that the bidder accept same and carry out the conditions of the contract in case of award.
