Motion by Mr. Oundms.. seconded by Mr. Massa, that the bills as submitted by Beall &
Parkins, Architects, Washington, Pennsylvania, for the followings

Now Agricultural. Building 3000000
Barn and Equipmemt Storage
Building 1852.00
be paid, subject to the contracts being checked by the County Selicitor$s Office, and only if the
bills are in compliance with the contract as signed by the Commissioners and the Architects,

Motion by Mr. Cummins.. seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the meeting be aedjourned.

Hormell and Reporter Grouse.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, tbdt Us follow utioa be adopteds
SESOLVIM, that Washington County go on record as requesting that the Child Welfare
Services in WimbIngton County, and the employees thereunder., be pisoed upon a merfw bost** ate[
that the Agency be established under Civil Service,
RESOLVED, further, that a letter be sent to the proper state officer, stating our
wish that the Agency be placed under Wil Service, with the followingcvsfplarmauats
a. Director III
b. Supervisor (Optional)
c. One Case Worker II
d. Four Case Workers I

Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Massa., that the Tax Clain Bureau be authorised
to hire two (2) temporary employees until such time as the coal property sale, liened tax period
and other necessary work is expedited is this department,
