Hearing on polling change in 5th precinct of Chartim Township which was postponed w ' from Wednesday, May 9, 19623, vas heard today, George Stegenga, Esquire,, and a delegation of ! voters from Chartiears Township, 5th precinct, cane before the Bid to express their vim$ in favor of the polling change from Arden Miners Hall to the 4Z Building, Fairgrounds. Persons protesting the following chmsW failed to appear. Polling change made on My 4, 1962, for the reason of better facilities. The group left the meeting at this time. Motion by Mr. Massa, seconded by 11r, Peettit,'that in accordance with our minute of January 22, 1962s which is still in full force and effect that we obtain from the Pittsburgh i i National Bank the awn of $200,000.00. i Motion carried unantimoualy, f The following is a copy of the certificate of indebtedness issued in accordance with I 3 a the above notion.
