Pennsylvania Citizens' Non -Partisan. Register and Vote.Compittes to conduct a
State-wide campaign to contact these unregistered citizens --and persuade them to
take their part in the affairs of their government -at -all- levels of administra-
tion;

proclaim the period from the date of this signing -until the close of the voter
registration rolls on September 17th to be PENO _VD= REGISTRATION T3M..
and do call on all citizens of this Conionuealth to --cooperate with the Pennsyl-
vania Citizens# Non -Partisan Register and 'Pots tew inxegistering for all
future government elections every resident of Pennsylvania__wbo._is qualified under
the law to so register, and to assist all private, public -and official efforts
to bring maximum perticipation of the people in their goverment.
