Board of County Cammissioners met in regular session: with the following members
being present: Commissioners Pettit, Cummins and- Mazza. Also present beings Solicitor Massock,
Tax Clain Bureau Solicitor Hornell and Reporter Merdiaa,

Nation by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, to accept the proposal of John F.
Wiley, Esq,, as set forth in his letter of May 11, 1962, for legal work that had to be done in
order to obtain reimbursement by satisfying the 00afttione as set forth by the Department of
Forests and Waters, Total amount being $13, 030.00.

General Discussion:

It was decided that the Commissioners visit the site of the Plasteel Corporation
and arrange for an agreement with the corporation to determine the extent of the County's par-
ticipation in maintaining the channel. After the meeting, the agreement is» to be formalised and
` the Solicitor's Office is hereby directed to do so.
A request of the Tans Claim Bureau. for a decision on a free and clear sale for the
West Side Land Conparq was considered, It was decided that August Sismondot Bsq«, of the Tax

Claim Bureau, should handle this matter; he should nine arrangements for a meeting or meetings to

try to work out the beat method of disposing of this property. At this time, they are not certain
that a free and clear tax sale in the answw,
