Motion by Mr, Cummins., seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the Sapp al lease Agreement
between the County of Washington and. the Tri-State Aviation, Inc., prepared by the Soliciterts
Office be executed and that the Tri.-State Aviation$, Inc,, effective Jume,1, 1962, be the agent
for the collection of rentals as prepared in said -sublease agreement,

Motion by Mra, Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the schedule of resets as submitted
by the Tri-State Aviation, In**, be 6 jjjj61, o ,.1 for $30.00 per month and $75,00 per mouth and hangar
space to be charged as provided for in the schedule. The Solicitors Office is hereby directed
to prepare a written schedule for signatures by the Commissioners. Also, TM Aviation, Itdc ►,
Is hereby requested to make ate collection of all delinquent rents,,.

Francis E. Pettit and Oliver N. Harrell will attend the meeting of the State and local.
Welfare Commission being held at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on June 190 1962.
Motion by Mr. CUmmins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the Tans Assessment Office be auth-
orised to prepare tax refunds for the follsaring, due to either duplication or wo r i Amnt of real
estate or occupation tax.

July 7, 1961. T.A. 4935 removed $100 Oec*ation and

refund due on Item 644 of $9.05.

amount of $16*05 be made payable to Fury E. Brandt,, % B. A,, Franks, Esquire,, Washington Trust,
Building, Washington, Pennsylvania, for 1960 County Tax paid on property situate in Donegal
Township, Washington County, PennWivania, in the amount of $3.6,05. This property was wholly i
j condemned by,the Department of Highways, Commonwealth of Pomuylvan#, on J 12, 1960*

Therefore, the Tax Assessment OfAce is hereby authorised to prepare said refund voucher in the

amount of $16,05 payable to Mary S. Brandt,

s County, Pennsylvania, to fill the vacancy of Howard Q. Shanks,, who resigned. g

Motion by Mr, Cumoins., seconded by Mr. Pettit, that we authorise the paymentl
1 of $100900 for the removal of two trees located on the property of John & Frank Cargens, which
j are interfering with the use of the County Airport and a portion of the cost to be reimbursed by
! the Federal Government, Payment to be made upon receipt by the County of release from the said
property owners, Release to be prepared by the Solicitor's Office,

regarding the lighting of the Donora,/Vabster Bridge, in replay to our letter- dated+- June 1, 1962.
Letter stating that the Highway Department will assume full responsibility fir the spargising and
maintenance of the navigation lights. Mwhington and Westmoreland Counties to assume the respo
ibili.ty of the energising of the lights which cast.their reflection on the bridge deck and approaches
jfor motorists' safety and guidance. West Penn Power Company to be contacted if it ip possible
cost of the lighting to be divided. j
