Motion by Mr. s, seconded by Mr. Massa, that a "ttmtdbroommIty Aid from Liquid Fuels Tax Funds, as submitted by 'North Bethlehem T g, Waaihimgton County., Pennsylvania, be approved in the amount of $3,000.00 contingent on approve by the Department of Highways. This amount to be used for nts in said Township, as outlined in their appli. cation which is on file in the Engineer's Office. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Massa, that is accordance with our Minute of November i, 1962, which is still in full force and effect, that we obtain from the Pittsburgh National Bank the am of $2009000,00. The Commissioners' Office having been notified by the 0ffice of the County Controller that their records show the mount of $616,556.21 is anticipated to be collected in revenue collections as of November 7, 1962. Motion carried unanimously. The following is a copy of the Certificate of Indebtedness in accordance with the above motion. $2008,000,00 November 16, 1962 The County of Washington in the Commewsealth of Pennsylvania, promises to pay to Pittsburgh National Bank, or order, at its 'Office at 6 South Main Street, Washingtoin, Penusyl- vani.a, Torso Hundred Thousand ($2001,000.00) Dollars, on or before December 31, 1962, with interest from date on the unpaid balance hereof from time to time outstanding at the rate of two and one« quarter per centum (2j$) per annum, interest nts to be made on the first day of each calenda- quarter throughout the year. Payment of the indebtedness evidenced hereby may be anticipated in whole or in part at any time and from time to time without penalty. This certificate of indebtedness evidences a temporary loan in anticipation of taxes to be collected for the fiscal year in which it is issued and is to be repaid from the first revenues received by the undersigned during the current fiscal year,
