Solicitor Hermell, Mr. Robinson, Mr. 'Ward an i Mr. Maloney. Purpose of meeting to open bids for
the necessary ballots, election supplies, and the delivering of ballet boxes vk1ch Ora required
for the conducting of the Municipal Primary Election to be held Tuesday, aw 21, 1963.
In accordance with the aforementioned advertisement the following bids were
opened and read by Mr..Elish. (Only one bid received for each itsm advortisod).

and delivering of the necessary ballots to the Officerof the County Consissioners (Election
Departuent) for the conducting of the Municipal Primary Election, being hold on May 21, 1963,
(Tuesday)., be awarded to the Monongahela Publishing Company, ldOnraaahola0 pennsylvania, axed the
Ward Printing CoWqW7,, Washington, Pennsylvania, for the prices as set forth in their joint bid*

to include computing books, the required quantity of military anvelopes and instruction shoots
(the quantity to be deteradned by the also of election district), tally shoots, general return
shoats, envelopes, d lists of voters, voters' certificates, Election Officer's Manuals.

and delivering of election supplies to the Office of the County Coeissioners (Election Dopart-
ment) for the conducting of the Municipal Primary Election to be held on Tuesdays May 21s 1963,
be suarded to the UMLIAM G. JOHNSTON ODMPANrp P. 0. BM 6759,- PITTSBMM 12, P211MBILVOIA, for
the total sum of $1996.00; this being the lmost and only bid received.
