bids for the furnishing of statemmAs to be used by the Office of the County 'Treasurer in
preparing 1963 Tax Notices. Those present at this meeting beings Comioissioners Pettit,
Cu=dns and Massa. Also present beings County Solicitor Hornell, Tau Claim Bureau Solicitor
Sismende, Controller Elish, Pete Pelites and John Robinson.
In accordance with the'above mentioned adver isomemt, the tellowing bid was re-
opened and read. This bid being the only one received.

the required number of 1963 Tax Statements, as per specifications, to the 0ffiee of the County
Treasurrer,, Courthouse, Washington, Pennsylvania, for the total amount of $5049,42, upon
advisement of the County Solicitor; this being the lowest and only bid received.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business to cons before the Board at this tine, the
meeting adjourned.
