Following topics brought before the Board by Mro Massa. 1. Flooding condition of the South Branch of Maple Creel:, Twilight Borough, T i2ight-Hallow Road. It was mn- tioaed that the property owner Adolph Bergstoin has suffered property damages or approadtutoly $6©,000 w over the past two years* of showing damages shown to Beard * Instructions given to the Office of the County Engineer, Uting Engineer., John Yuhas, to make an inwatigation of this situation and the Department of Forests and Waters to be notified of their findings. R.C.A. - Chartiers Creek - Strum that flamers into the, Creek needs to be doopened and widened, stream flews down now the Rubber Rolls plant. Motion by Mr, Gundw., seconded by Mr..Massa, that the Engineers Office be instructed to make prelisdnary plans of this stream in order to correct the aunditioms that exist in the short distract of the tributary stream. (As stated in letter of April 22, 1963, to Consdasioners frogs R.C.A. "It was agreed that R.C.A. would be responsible for clearing and widening the Run up to the bridge area and the County Conissioners more request" to clear McClane' s Run from the bridge to Chartiers Creels.
