BLATCH CUMMINS, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS } Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried unanimously. THE FOREGOING MINUTE READ AND APPROVED: 1963 ATTEST:. CLERK NO. 345 Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., June 12, 1963 Board of County Commissioners met in special session with the following members being present: Commissioners Pettit and Mazza. Also present being Keery McAmbley, Director of the Washington County Redevelopment Authority and Jules Fine. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the regular meeting scheduled for Friday, June lit, 1963, be held on Monday, June 17, 1963, at 10:oo a.m., due to the Court- house being closed in observance of Flag Day. .Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Park Y. Rankin, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, be re -appointed to the Washington.County Redevelopment Authority Board for a five- year term; this action to be effective July 30, 1963. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the meeting bs adjourned. Motion carried. June 17th, due to the Courthouse being closed in observance of Flag Day) with the following members being present: Commissioners Pettit and Mazza. Absent being Commissioner Cummins who is on vacation. Also present being County Solicitor Hormell, Charles E. Bradshaw and Reporter Crouse. Meeting called to order by Chairman of the Board, Francis E. Pettit. Mr. Hormell gave his opinion regarding the bill of Tempest & Simmons, Attorneys, Monongahela, Pennsylvania, for services rendered in connection with the Washington County Controller's Reports for 1960 and 1961, wherein Edward Stuart was surcharged. Mr. Hormells "It is my opinion that these attorneys' fees and costs should not- u be paid by the County of Washington. It is my opinion to the Board that they refuse this bill
