BLATCH CUMMINS, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS such certificate of indebtedness and affix the County seal thereto, and further that the execution and delivery of a certificate of indebtedness so executed and attested shall be sufficient evidence of the necessity for the borrowing hereby represented at the time thereof. Roll call vote taken: Mr. •Pettit -Yes Mr. Cummins -Yes Mr. Mazza -Yes Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr.Cummi.ns, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the meeting be adjourned. Motioncarried unanimously. THE FOREGOING MINUTE READ AND APPROVED: 1963 ATTEST: CHIEF CLERK NO. 373 Office of theCounty Commissioners Washington, Pa., October 23, 1963 Board of County Commissioners met in special session,at 10:00 a.m, acting as the Election Board with the following members being present: Commissioners Pettit and Cummins, Also present being Attorney Patrick Derrico, Attorney Frank C. Roney, Louis I. :wail of the Election Department and Chief Clerk Polaski. Meeting called to order by Chairman of the Board, Francis E. Pettit, for the purpose of enabling anyone to ohject to the adopted polling change in the Borough of Canonsburg which was voted upon last Thursday, October 17, 1963. Since there were no objections to the change of polling place, it will stand as the Cancilla property located at 516 Euclid Avenue, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, for the holding of the General election. There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned. Also present being County Solicitor Hormell, Chief Clerk Polaski, County Engineer Dushan Nicksick, John Yuhas of the Engineer's Office, Mr.Wilson, Agent for the National Transit Company and Mr. Bradshaw. Meeting called to order by Chairman of the Board, Francis E. Pettit. Motion by Mr.Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Keery McAmbley, Director of the Washington County Redevelopment Authority, be authorized to settle the damages claim of the National Transit Company in the aunt of $3,000.00; and that Mr. McAmbley be requested to do this, in view of the fact that this involves matters within the scope of the agency's purpose.
