RICHMAN & COMPANY, INC., Washington Trust Building, Nashington, Pennsylvania, in the total amount of $1,159,55; this being the lowest and only bid received. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Elish read the following bid for the sale of used motor,vehicles. Washington County Commissioners Courthouse Washington, Pennsylvania Gentlemen: 1952 Dodge 2 door Sedan Serial No. 37184102 $15.00 John A. Bukowski /s/ Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the bid for the 1952 Dodge 2 door Sedan, Serial No. 37184102, be awarded to John A. Bukowski in the amount of $15.00; this being the lowest and only bid received. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the offer in the amount of $25.00, as stipulated in the letter received from Judge David H.Weiner, be accepted for the purchase of filing cabinets in his chambers. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried unanimously. Also present being: Controller^ Eli.sh and Reporter Crouse. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that August Malekovich, be appointed as a Fireman replacing Earl L. Pattison; this action to be effective November 22, 1963. Mr. Malekovich to be employed at the Courthouse Boiler Room. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Samuel DeBlasio, be
