Motion by Mr, Lane,, seconded by Mr. Mazza., that the County Controller be author- ized to advertise for 1811 diameter corrugated metal culvert pipe for the purpose of drainage of certain section of the Fair Grounds. Alternate bids will also be received for this 1811 corrugates metal pipe to be furnished with asphalt paved invert; such bids to be received by the -County Controller in his Office in the Courthouse,, Washington.. Pa.., until 11:00 a,m.., Friday., February 17., 1956, and opened immediately thereafter., in the Office of the County Commissioners. Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time., the meeting adjourned, Feb l9g6 ATT t�� _:U'v ef Clerk N0* ! 4 - Office of the County Commissioners Washington., Pa., January 6, 1956 Board of County Commissioners in regular session., those present being Commis- sioners Pettit., Lane and Mazza, adopted: Motion by Mr. Lane., seconded by Mr. Pettit., that the following Resolution be R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N BE IT RESOLVED., By the County Commissioners and County Treasurer that the fol- lowing Banks or Banking Institutions be the depositories for the county funds.,' Peoples First National Bank and Trust Company, Washington., Pa. Mellon National Bank and Trust Company, Washington., Pa, First National Bank of Houston, Pa. and that the Peoples First National Bank and Trust Company be notified of its selection as a depository of county funds and be requested to furnish a bond in the amount of $600.,000.00 to, secure payment of deposits. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza,, that the County Controller be author- ized to advertise for a policy of insurance for Public Liability within the limits of $20.,000,00 to $100.,000.00 and Property Damage not to exceed $1.,000.00 for each accident in a reliable and approved stock company., protecting the County of Washington against liability imposed by law upon them for damage on account of personal injuries., including death accidentally suffered by any persons (excepting employees) caused by or resulting from the existence of, repairing, and/or maintenance of the various buildings,, properties and operations of the County, including 149 - bridges and approaches., and protecting the County of Washington against property damages imposed by law upon them for the amount not to exceed $1.,000,00 for each accident. Bids to be received by the County Controller., in his Office in the Courthouse., Washington., Pa.., until 11:00 a.m.,* Eastern Standard Time., Monday,, January 23., 1956, and opened immediately thereafter in the Office J I of the County Commissioners.
