The Washington County Commissioners are given the option of accepting the above

Motion by Mr. Mazzaj, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that said bids be tabled until the
next regular meeting.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Commis-
sioners Pettit,, Lane and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit., that Resolution No. 349., dated
November 17., 1954, be rescinded as the bidder., Mr. Albert Sienkiel, has withdrawn his bid; this
is in accordance with letter received from the Director of the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau.
