PE.TTIT, sd� si©ki�ZZA, Cd MM#PSitdNEblS 21 1 1 Motion by Mr. Lane, seconced by Mr. Mazza, that the County Controller be authori to advertise for bids for the printing and delivering of election supplies for the Primary Elec- tion to be held on Tuesday, April 24.1 1956s to the Election Department of the County Commissione and the delivering of ballot boxes with election supplies to the Judges of Election for the one hundred eighty-five (185) precincts, said bids to be received by the County Controller in his Office in the Courthouse, Washington, Pa., until 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 2, 1956 and opened immediately thereafter in the Office of the County Commissioners. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the Board of County Commissioners sitting as the Registration Commission of Washington County approve the following Field Registra- tion Days for the Primary Election of 1956. adjourned. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting 41 Office of the County Commissioners " Washington, Pa., February 17, 1956 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Pettit and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the Board of County Commi ;sitting as the Registration Commission of Washington County, authorize the Registration Office in the Courthouse, Washington, Pa., to remain open on the following days in order to accommodate those persons vishibg to register for the coming Primary Election before the closing date for registrations which is March 5th, 1956. Evening Registrations, March lst and 2nd - Sours 7:00 P.M. to 10:00 P-PL Saturday, March 3rd, Hours 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. noon Monday, March 5th, Hours 9: 00 a. M. to fit: 00 P.M. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that John C. Pettit be appointed as a temporary employee of the Field Crew of the Tax Assessment Office, this action being retroacti to February 16, 1956. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Joseph Fermmdes be appointed as a temporary employee of the Field Crew of the Tax Assessment Office, this action being retroacti to February 16, 1956. Motion carried.
