UGHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS received. adjourned. ,April,"�5,, Motion carried, There being no further business to come before the Board at this time., the Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., March 2, 1956 Board of County Commissioners met in special session at 11:00 a.m. for the purpo of opening bids for the furnishing and delivering election supplies for the Primary Election to be held on Tuesday, April 24, 1956, those present being Commissioners Pettit, Massa and Eli sh. In accordance with aforementioned advertisement, the following bids were opened and read. March 1, 1956 Washington County Commissioners Courthouse Washington, Pennsylvania In accordance with the advertisement of the County Controller inviting proposals for printing and delivering to the Office of the County Commissioners the necessary ballots for the conduct of the Primary Election to be held Tuesday, April 24, 1956, having exmined the attached specification and understand the same, I (or We) propose to furnish said Ballots in accordance therewith at the prices set forth: Approximately 100,000 regular white official ballots: Price per thousand for ballots furnished..................................„$39.50 Approximately 200 regular white official military ballots and as specifications as hereinafter set forth ......
