THE FOREGOING MINUTE READ AND APPROVED: Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., March 8, 1956 Board of County Commissioners in regular session,those present being Gomissioners Pettit, Lane and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Zane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the proposed budget for Washingto County General Fund for the year 1956 be made available for public inspection in the Office of the Chief Clerk to the County Commissioners until Saturday, March 31, 1956, on Mich date said ' budget will be finally adopted and the rate of -taxation fixed for the year 1956, and that the following public notice be given in the Washington Observer: NOTICE In compliance with the provisions of the Acts of Assembly covering such matters, the proposed budgets for the financial affairs for the Washington County General Fund and the Washington County Institution District for the fiscal year 1956 have been prepared and are available for public inspection in the Office of the Chief Clerk to the County Commissioners.. Courthouse, Washington, Pa., said budgets to be finally adopted on Saturday, March 31, 1956, FRANCIS 1. PETTIT W. J. LANE JOHN MIIZZA COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Motion carried. Motion carried unanimously. Lotion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Stella Mum., be appointed 1M At temporary clerk in the Tax Assessment Office, this action being retroactive to March 1, 1956. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Anne P. Massare, be appointed as a temporary clerk in the Tax Assessment Office, this action being retroactive to March 1, 1956. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Rome Cohwj, be appointed as a temporary clerk this action being retroactive to March 1*1956. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Bemrlg ftwt., be appointed as a Secretary for the Washington -County Industrial Development Committee on a temporary basis of tw+o dabs per week.
