There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting r6, 956 % Chief Clerk s Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., July 2, 1956 Board of County -Commissioners met in special session at 11;00 a.m., for the purpose of opening bids for the furnishing and delivering of files for the Register of Wills Office and the Prothonotaryts Office; those present being Commissioners Pettit, Mazza., and Controller Eli.sh. and read. In accordance with aforementioned advertisement, the following bids were opened SPECIFICATION S EQUIPMENT FOR PROTHONOTARYa S OFFICE WASHINGTON, PENNSYLVANIA A Item No. 1 Furnish 1 roller shelf case with 48 roller shelves 2 shelves wide and 24 high to be installed in location currently occupied by janitor's cupboard. Case to be 105-3/4 high by 4.3-3/4w wide. Item No. 2 Furnish 2 legal files each 7 drawers high A th full ball bearing suspensions and side locking compressors to replace existing boa files which are now being used. Files to be 28-1/20 deep overall. Item No. 3 Furnish 1 roller shelf case with 72 shelves arranged 3 wide and 24 high to replace existing curtain pigeon hole case in corner of office. Ebte: It -will be necessary for the supplier to cut existing service and base to accommodate new case work. Item No. 4 Furnish and install flat application bronze binding to match existing binding on most recently installed roller shelf counter. Binding to be installed on 3 roller shelf counters recently covered with formica. Note: Approximately 67 feet of binding involved.
