Board of County Commissioners in special session for the purpose of opening bids
for the furnishing of coal for the heating of the Courthouse and County Jail, Washington, Pennsyl.
vania, Those present at the meeting being Commissioner Mazza and Controller Elfish.
In accordance with the aforemention advertisement, the following bids were opened
and read.

TO: Commissioners of Washington County
Washington, Pennsylvania.
In accordance with the advertisement of the County Controller, inviting proposals
for furnishing and delivering coal to heat the Courthouse and County Jail at 'Washington, Pennsyl-
vania, and having examined the attached specifications and understanding the same, I (or We) }
submit the following bids:
$ 6,89 per ton including delivery
$ 6.00 per ton without delivery
