to an over payment on the 1956 County Tax. On June 21, 1956, the mount of $12.02 was paid on
property assessed in the name of Theodore P. & Annabelle Flamos, situate 'in the Borough of
Stockdale and described as 4 room house, 2 room house and Lot 14, This tax was reduced to $7.84
by; tax adjustment no. 2643 when the 2 room house was removed, thus causing an over payment of

$4.18. Therefore, The Talk Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said refund voucher in the
amount of $4.18 made payable to Theodore Flamos, Box 17, .Railroad Street, lSt,Ockdale, Pennsylvania,
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Lane, that a refund ocher'in the amount of
$1.O4 be made payable to Fred Perry, R. D. 2, Finleyville, Pennsylvania, due to an over payment
on the 1956 County Tax. On June 19, 1956, the amount of $1.5.42 was paid by Mr. Perry on property
assessed in the name of Charles Kramer, situate in Union Township, described as 3 frame houses,
9 acres surface, Faucet Farm, The tax on the property was reduced to $14,38 by tax adjustment
no. 2807 when the property was transferred from Charles Kramer to Fred & Milfred A. Perry, making
an over payment by Mr. Perry in the amount of $1.04. Therefore, The Tax Claim Bureau is authoriz-
ed to prepare said refund voucher in the amount of $1.04 made payable to Fred Perry, R. D. 2,
Finleyville, Pennsylvania.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time,the meeting
adjourned.
