MONOMOANKLA PUBLISHING CO
Motion by Mr. Zane, seconded by Mr. Mama, that the C. Edwin Hultman Company,
Pittsburg 5, Pennsylvania, be awarded the contract for the restoration of records of the Recorder
of deeds, Prothonotary, Clerk of Courts and the Register of Wills Offices of Washington County,
as per specifications, in the,total amount of $97,475.00 over a period of five years; this being
the lowest responsible bidder. The County Solicitor is hereby ordered to execute the contract
between the Hultman Company and the County of Washington.•

There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.

Lane and Pettit.
Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Lane, that the following employees of the
County Cotm:dssioners be apointed as clerks to the return board to compute the votes cast at the
General Election which is to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 1956.

Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Lane, that the following polling place be
changed as follows, due to the fact, that there are no parking facilities at the Firemen's Hall.

Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Lane, that the following polling place be
changed as follows, due to the fact, that the Annex of the Junior High School was without hest,
water and light.

Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Lane, that a refund voucher in the amount of
2.09 be made payable to Michael Culyba, 121 Walnut Street, 0onora, Pennsylvania, due to a dupli-
cate payment of the 1956 occupation tax when the 1956 County Tax was paid. On July 26, 1956 the
amount of $35.80 was paid by Michael and Lillian H. Culyba on property situate in Carroll Township
and described as 8 room brick stone house and Lot 35 DB 915 - 26 Hidgeview Terrace Ad 1, with
