occupation as follows: Mi.11worker $100. and Housekeeper $100, which is correct. On July 9, 1956
the amount of $8.36 was paid by Mr. Culyba on property situate in Donors. Borough described as 1
story adjoining South Donora, Lots 27-28-29 Block V S DB 754-649 Walnut Street, the occupation
was again inclulded in this assessment of property owned by Mr. Culyba, which is incorrect causing
a duplication of occupation assessment. Therefore, The Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare
said refund voucher in the amount of $2.09 made payable to Michael Culyba, 121 Walnut Street,
Donora, Pennsylvania,
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Lane, that a refund voucher in the amount of
$31,35 be made payable to Peter P. Caearillo, R. D. 1, Monongahela, Pennsylvania, due to a dupli-
cate payment of the 3.956 County Tax. On June 8, 1956 the amount of $31.35 was paid by Mr.
Cacarillo on property assessed in the name of Peter P. & Allene C. Cacarillo, situate in New
Eagle Borough and described as 7 room frame house, Lot 57, DB 857-461 West Monon P1 2, Mr.
Cacarillo, on August 1, 1956 again paid the amount of $31.35 on the same assessment thus causing
a duplicate payment of $31.35 on said property. Therefore, The Tom Claim Bureau is authorized
to prepare said refund voucher in the amount of $31,35 made payable to Peter P. Cacarillo, R.D. 10
Monafigahela, Pennsylvania.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr, Lane, that a refund voucher in the amount of
$2.10 be made payable to William S. & Ruby Baker, f. D. 1, West Brownsville, Pennsylvania, due to
a duplicate payment of the 1956 occupation tax. On July 2, 1956 the amount of $10,98 was paid by
William S.•& Ruby Baker on property situate in West Brownsville Borough and described as Lots
1269 - 1271 4 room house DB 930-329 WS Ld Co., with occupation as follows: Lineman $100, and
Housekeeper $100. On July 2, 1956 tag in the amount of $2.16 was paid by William S. & Ruby Baker
for occupation tax which was listed separately thus causing a duplicate payment of $2.10 for the
1956 occupation tax. Therefore, The Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said refund voucher
in the amount of $2.10 made payable to William S. & Ruby Baker, R. D. 1, West Brownsville, Penn-
sylvania.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Lane, that William Catlin, be appointed as
a mechanic's helper at the County Garage replacing Joseph Zaceone, who is being transferred to
the Tax Assessment Office; this action being effective September 18, 1956.
