in the amount of $26.13 made payable to Francis C. & Wanetta McGrady, R. D. 1, West Brownsville,
Pa.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that a refund voucher in the amount
of $19.86 be made payable to Frank & Catherine B. Gessler, 551 Tannehill St.., Canonsburg, Pa.,
due to a duplicate payment of their 1956 County Tax. On May 26, 1956, Mr. Gessler paid the amount
of $19.86 on property assessed in the nave of Frank & Catherine B. Gessler, situate in the lst
Ward of the Borough of Canonsburg and described as a 1 story brick veneer house, Lot 96 Tannehill.
Street and Lot 8 Paul Ciaffoni Plan. On July 13, 1956, The First Federal Savings & Loan Associa-
tion of Washington, Pa., again paid the amount of $19.86 on the same assessment thus causing a
duplicate payment of $19.86 on said property. Therefore, The Tax 'Claim Bureau is authorized to
prepare said refund voucher in the amount of $19.86 made payable to Frank & Catherine B. Gessler,
551 Tannehil-I Street, Canonsburg) Pa.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that a refund voucher in the amount
of $4.40 be made payable to Kenneth M. & Martha S. Collins, R. D. 3, Canonsburg, Pa., due to a
duplicate payment of their 1956 County Tax. On July 5, 1956, Mr. Collins, paid the amount of
418 on property assessed in the name of Kenneth M. & Martha S. Collins, situate in Peters
Township and described as Lot 1 approximately 135 x 325 Grant Oaks Plan Sec. B. DB 958-723.
This payment was duplicated when taxes where again paid under the original name of Rober E. &
Shi.rliBy Young, in the amount of $4.40 which was incorrect and caused a duplicate payment of
$"40 on said property. Therefore, The Tax Claim Bureau, is authorized to prepare said refund.
voucher in the amount of $4.40 made payable to Kenneth M. & Martha S. Collins, R. D. 3, Canonsburg,
Pa.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the
meeting adjourned.

contract for the furnishing and delivering of Washington County's requirements for Photo Copy
Paper, said bids were opened and tabled on October 19, 1956. Those present at this meeting being
Commissioners Pettit, Lane, Mazza and Controller Eli.sh.

of $52.00 per roll, be awarded the contract for the furnishing and delivering of Photo Copy Paper
