There being no further business +,,o come before the Board at this time, the meeting , 1956 44 J e Chief Clerk Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., November 9, 1956 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Commissioners Pettit, Lane and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that a refund voucher in the amount of $10.55 be made payable to Colemen John & Irene Helen Caprol, 715 Grant Street, Monongahela, Pen- nsylvania, due to duplicate payment of 1953, 1954 and 1955 occupation tax. Mr. & Mrs. Caprol were charged twice with_ occupation tax in the 2nd Ward of Monongahela for the year of 1953 whiela they paid on April 22, 1954. For the year of 1954 they were charged twice with occupation tax in the 2nd Ward of Monongahela and once in the 3rd Ward of Monongaaela, which they paid on December 10, 1954 and January 6, 1955. For the year of 1955 they were charged twice with occupa- tion tax in the 2nd Ward of Monongahela and opce in the 3rd Ward of Monongahela, which they paid on August 1, 1955; thus causing duplicate payment for the said years amounting to $10.55. There- fore, The Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said refund voucher in the amount of $10.55 made payable to Colemen John & Irene Helen Caprol, 715 Grant Street, Monongahela, Pennsylvania. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that a refund voucher in the amount of $7.92 be made payable to Walter & Margaret R. Worrell, Sr., 'Denbo, Pa., due to duplicate payments of 1953, 1954P 1955 and 1956 occupation tax, in Centerville Borough, Mr. & Mrs. Worrell were charged twice with occupation tax for the year of 1953 which they paid on July 22, 1953, causing a duplicate payment. For the year of 1954 they were charged twice with an occupation tax which they paid on July 22, 1954, causing a duplicate payment. The year of 1955 they were charged twice with an occupation tax which they paid on August 1, 1955 causing a duplicate payment. The year of 1956 they were again charged twice with an occupation tax which they paid on August 1, 1956, causing a duplicate payment. Total amount of duplicate payment for the said years amounted to $7.92. Therefore, The Taut Claim Bureau is aut.zrized to prepare said refund voucher in the amount of $7,92 made payable to Walter and Margaret R. Worrell, Sr., Denbo, Pennsylvania. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that a refund voucher in the amount of $18.81 be made payable to Joseph Holepit, Middle Street, West Brownsville, Pennsylvania, due to a duplicate payment of the 1956 County Tax. On June 6, 1956, Mr. Holepit paid the 1956 County Tax assessed in the name of Susan Tretiak, Estate assessed in West Brownsville Borough, described as F Flats, Lot Middle Street, Adjoining National Deposit Bank in the amount of $1$.81. On i August 1, 1956, Mr. Holepit again paid the amount of $18.81 on the same assessmelit thus causing a duplicate payment of $18,81 on said property. Therefore, The Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to
