LAN ty JOHN -MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS NO. 93 Office of 6ounty Commissioners kiashington, Pa.,, December 10, 1956 Board of County Commissioners in regular session those present, being Commis- sioners Pettit., Lane and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Emilio Alvarez be appointed as a Field Supervisor with the Tax Assessment Office, this action being retroactive to December 7., 1956. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Hr. Pettit, that G. B. Gaster of the Registration Office be transferred to the Washington County Institution District, this action being retro- active to December 1., 1956. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the following Resolutions in regards to the sale of properties for unpaid taxes by the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau, be adopted: RESOLUTION NO. NAME OF PURCHASER DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY AMOUVI! SOLD FOR 460 Fred J. Rapp The April 22., 1940 Tax Sale Description of property is as follows: (1931 - 70 acres surface,adjoining A.H. McCreary., 1932-26 acres surface., adjoining John Wolf, 20 acres surface adjoining J. S. Danley- 9 acres surface., adjoining A. L. Ash - brook - 9 acres surface, adjoin- ing A. H. McCreary). Fred J. Rapp is only bidding on the following: Being 5 acres of surface., situate in Buffalo Town- ship* 9 Washington County; Penna.., Formerly owned by W. E. Mounts Estate. Fred J. Rapp has been assessed with the said property since 1941, and paying taxes on same, $16-95 461 Rita J. Nelson Being property described as Vacant Lot #31., Block 75, Meldon Avenue., Union Improve- ment Company Plan of Lots., as recorded in Plan Book, Volume 2, Pages 124-125, situate in the Borough of Donora, Washing- ton County., Pennsylvania, formerly owned by Daniel Zabron. $50.00 Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time., the meeting adjourned.
