BE IT RESOLVED by the County Commissioners of Washington County that the Plans
submitted for the changing of existing widths; lines and/ or location of State Highway Route
62088; Section 1; Route 62054-Spur E; Section 1; from Station 201 + 79.21 to Station 352 +
00.00; Route 62103 from Station 11 + 55.00 to Station 32 + 43-01; Route 62075 from Station 8 +
66.00 to Station 30 + 49.97; Route 62088, as Relocated, from Station 8 + 75-00 to Station 16 +
12.99, and Township Road No. 533 from Station 4 + 00.00 to Station 14 + 00.00; together with
construction and condemnation of Right of Way for Service Roads No. 1, 2, and 3, also connections
to Routes 62088 and 62054 and Township Roads No. 533 and 742; all located in South Strabane and
Somerset Townships, Washington County, have been examined by the County Commissioners and they
agree that Washington County will not assume liability for any property damages resulting from
the changing of the above listed highways as contemplated by these Plans; or any damages
arising out of any changes or alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or main-
tenance of these highways, or any damages resulting to any property holdings of any Public
Utility Company; nor will the County assume any damages resulting to any coal or other minerals
in and underlying the property affected by this improvement., but that Washington County will
contribute the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,,000.00) Dollars toward the payment of property damages
on these sections of highways; this contribution being node with the understanding that payment
will be due and payable only upon certification from the Secretary of Highways that the amount
of Ten Thousant ($10.000.00) Dollars has been expended by the Department of Highways in the
settlement of property damages for the aforQsaid improvement,

Due to the fact that there was not a quorum present at the scheduled hour of the
meeting (110.00 a.m.) the opening of the bids for the Public Liability Insurance and Property
Damage Insurance was postponed until 1:30 P.m,
