Pettit and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the Board of County Commissio sitting as the Registration Commission of Washington County appreve the following Field Registr tion Days for the Primary Election of May 21, 1957 and canon a previously set registration day. DATE DISTRICT PLACE TIME March 27, 1957 Monongahela City Building 1 to 5 and 6 to 9 p.m. March 28, 1957 Peters 3rd Firemen's Hall 1 to 5 and 6 to 9 p.m. March 29, 1957 Union 4th (Elrama) Firemen's Hall 1 to 5 and 6 to 9 p.m. Cancel the following date: March 20, 1957 South Strabane 2nd Shannon Motor Co. 6 to 9 p.m. adjourned. Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., March 13, 1957 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Lemm:i.s Pettit, - .bane and Mazza. Motion by Mr. bane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that a refund voucher in the amount of #9.89 be made payable to Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Cecil, Pennsylvania, due to a duplicate payment of County Taxes amounting to $9.89 for the following years of 1953, 1954, 1955 and 1956. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation paid said taxes on property assessed in Cecil Township described as Lots 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 M Borland Plan 2, this property was also listed under the name of Mary Wagner and described as "Lot Adjoining G. Roussell", who also paid the county taxes for the above said years in the same total mount of $9.89 causing a duplicate payment of taxes. Therefore, The Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said refun 73 I 1-1 voucher in the amount of $9.89 made payable to Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Cecil, M I'tv U T E 8:0 o:f. Beard of County Commissioners met in special session to consider matters pertain,. ing to the County Real Estate Department with the following members present: Commissioners Pettit, Lane and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the deeds be executed for the following described properties to the following described persons for the sum or price set opposite the same under and by virtue of the action of this board taken, November 15, 1956, as recorded in Minute No. 88, the said deeds to be delivered to the purchaser named therein upon payment of the consideration recorded therein together with the costs of the proceedings and that Francis E. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the following Resolution of the Board of County- Commissioners of the County of Washington, State of Pennsylvania, relative to the issue by the said County of a Note for Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) Dollars as a tem- perary lean, was presented, duly seconded and adopted by the said Board, to --wit: UWAS, It has become necessary for said Board to borrow the sum of Two Hundred Thousand ( 200,000.00) Dollars'for the purpose of meeting current expenses for the year 1957, and
