LANE, JQHN MAZZA, CommissioNrLms respective county having in the aggregate over 50 per centum of thepopulation of said county; and WHEREAS, Washington County Redevelopment authority with its principal office at West Beau Street, Washington, Pennsylvania, has requested that the Board of Commissioners of the County of Washington, Pennsylvania, designate it as the industrial development agency to repre— sent the said county for the purposes of the Industrial Development assistance Law; and WHEREAS, it having been found that Washington County Redevelopment Authority is a duly constituted industrial development agency as that tent is defined in the Industrial Development Assistance Law. Section 1. That, subject to the concurrence by proper resolution of the bodies of such cities, borough, towns or townships within the County of Washington having in the aggregate over 50 per centum of the population of said county, the Washington County Redevelopmez ,Authority is hereby designated as the Industrial Development Agency for the County of Washington with full power and authority to represent said County in all matters relevant to and for all purposes of the Industrial Development Assistance Law, Duly adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the County of Washington held March 22, 1957. adjourned. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, -the Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., March 25, 1957 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Commis Pettit and Mazza, Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the Board of County Commi sitting as the Registration Commission of Washington County, authorize the Registration Office in the Courthouse, Washington, Pennsylvania, to remain open continuously from 9:00 a.m, to 9:00 p.m., on Monday, April 1, 1957, in order to accommodate those persons wishing to register for the coming Municipal Primary Election. April 1, 1957 is the last day to register for said election. Motion carried.
