Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Resolution #4303, dated l5, 1956, adopted by Washington County and the Washington County Institution Disbrict be rescin ed. Resolution #430 covers property situate in Burgettstown Borough, Washington County, Penny, vania, formerly owned by Barry McClain and deveribed as 2 Vacant Lots #24, 25, Test Side Ramond S#eet, situate in the Borough of Burgettstown, Washington County, Pennsylvania, formerly owned by Harry McClain a/k/a H. 0. McClain a/k/a Barry plane. The request to rescind this resoluti comes from the Tax Claim Bureau, the bidder, Frank Wolk is now deceased. ATTI NO. 121 Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the Budget for the General Fund for the County of Washington for the fiscal year 1957 be finally adopted by the County Commissioners; the said Budget having been available for public inspection in the Office of the Chief Clerk to the County Commissioners from March 8, 1957 to this date, in accordance with the provisions of the .Act of Assembly of July 18, 1935, and the rate of taXation upon the valuation of properties of the County of Washington, in.order to tax sufficient revenues to meet required expenditures for the fiscal year 1957, be fixed at ten mills (10), which makes the payment of taxes in the amount of one dollar (41.00) upon each $1.00 of assessed valuation of real estate and occupation. ing adjourned.
