LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS And now after examination of the Nomination Paper placed for filing with the Board of Elections on April 6, 1957 by the Non -'artisan Party in which the name of Dike Vackrall appears as a candidate for the Office of County Controller and after interrogation of said can- didate, the Board on motion of Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, unanimously rejected said nomim tion paper as being defective under Section 976 of the Election Code of 1937 P.L. 1333 as amended the said Mike Packrall having admitted that he did on March 15, 1957 file with the Election Board a nomination petition for the ensuing primary for the office of tax collector `for the Borough of Centerville, Washington County, Pennsylvania. adjourned. NO. 123 Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time., the metiM Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., April 17, 1957 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, thos present being Commissioners Pettit, Lane and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Keery McAmbley be appointed as .Assistant Executive Director to J. Q. Kassab, of the Washington County Industrial Development and the Redevelopment Authority of 'Washington County, effective April 22, 1957. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Marie Dorincz be appointed as a Clerk in the Tax Assessment Office, this action being retroactive to April 16: 1957. Motion carried unanimously, There being no further business to come before the Hoard at this time, the meeting adjourned.
