LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMissiaNERS Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Washington County purchase a Two Door, 1957 Pontiac Chieftain from Steele Pontiac, Inc,, Murtland Avenue$ Extension, Pennsylvania, for the use of the Office of the Sheriff, for the price of $2, 275.00; this being lowest quotation received. adjourned. NO. 128 Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the me Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa,, May 3, 1957 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Comi Pettit, Lane and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the County Controller be to advertise for bids for the cleaning, pointing and general repair work of the Washington County' Courthouse and Washington County Jail Buildings. Such bids will be received by the Washington County Controller until 32:00 a.m., Daylight Saving Time, Friday, May 17, 1957 and opened imme- diately thereafter in the Office of the County Commissioners. Motion carded unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the following Resolutions in regards to the sale of properties for unpaid taxes by the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau, be adopted.; 464 S, A. Buggy, et ux Being property described as Plot of ground and lots, South Side between Roosevelt Avenue and R. R. Street bounded on S. & E. by Cecil Twp., excepting 1/3 interest of the Union Trust Co. of Pgb. Tr. for Edda L. il+Ihite, being the 1/6 Interest of Lois Sauters Jones, 2/6 Interest of W. F. Sauters, Sauters Coal Company, 1/15 Interest of Robert V. Sauter, 1/15 Interest of John D. Sauters Jr., 1/15 Interest of E. L. Brady, 1/15 Interest of Richard B. Sauters, 1/15 Interest of T. E. Sauters which were sold to the Washington County Com- missioners on April 3, 1944 and ,April 26, 1943. The 1/3 Interest that was excepted in the above tax liens was later sold by the Tax Claim Bureau at Tax Sale on September 7, 1950, as follows; 1/3 Interest in the name of Edda L. 14hite et al, c/o Margarita Black, which compromises the 100% Interest, situate in the Borough of McDonald, Washington County, Pennsyl- vania, formerly owned by J. D. Sauters Estate, 465 Domenic Urso Being property described as (D) One (1) Lot in the Gordon Plan of Lots, situate in Canton Township,, Washington
