Board of County Commissioners in special session mat at 11:00 a.m., for the
purpose of opening bids for the items of work in and about the construction of new sidewalk
areas on and about the premises of the Washington County Courthouse, Washington, Pennsylvania.
Those present at the meeting being Commissioners Pettit, Mazza and Controller Elish.
In accordance with the aforementioned advertisement the followipgg bids were

SPATE OF PENNSYLVANIA.
The undersigned hereby propose(s) to do all the item of work in and about the
construction of new sidewalk areas on and about the premises of the Washington County Co+urthown;
Washington, Pennsylvania; the aforesaid areas being shown in their approximate locations on the
plan attached hereto along with the Specifications prepared for said work by the County Engineer
ing Department, and to furnish all labor; materials and appliances required therefor; for and in

considerations of compensation according to the following schedule of prices:

The said price(s) to be in full for all labor; materials; royalties on patented
inventions* and for the doing of the said items of work complete in place.
In case this Proposal is accepted and the Contract awarded to D.F.&D.R. Farabes;
thereupon we will execute your form of contract and give Bonds as required.
As a guarantee that D. F. & D. R. farabee Brill enter into such contract and give
Bond as required, we herewith enclose certified check payable to the County of Washington.. Penn-
sylvania, for the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars.
