Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that F. Leo 1&ight, Jr., be app
ed as a temporary, field crew worker in the Tax Assessment Office, this action being effective
June 10, 1957.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Manuel Khakis, be appointed
as a temporary field crew worker in the Tau Assessment Office, this action being retroactive to
May 27, 1957.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Louise Anders, be appointed
as a Clerk in the Tax Assessment Office, this action being retroactive to May 16, 1957.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Jessie Staten; be appointed
as a temporary Clerk in the Tax Assessment Office, this action being retroactive to May 163, 1957,

Board of County Commissioners in special session met at 11:30 a.m., for the
purpose of opening bids for the cleaning, painting and general repair work of the Washington
County Courthouse and Washington County Fail Buildings. Those present at the meeting being
Commissioner Pettit and Deputy Controller Marino.
