LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIOt4ERS 163 1 E Lotion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the forth coming tax sale scheduled by the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau for July 8, 1957 at 10:00 a.m., E.S.T, be for a period of sixty (60) days to September 9, 1957. This postponement is authorized under the Provisions of the Act of Assembly passed on July 7, 1947, P. L. 1368. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the County Solicitor be authori ed to negotiate and purchase avigation easements from the property owners on the West Enid of the E-W Runway and within the clearance zone for a total sum of not more than $7,000.00- Lotion carried.
