FRAN CIS E. PETTIT, W. J. LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the Washington Couxity Courthousi
and Institution District, remain closed from July 3rd, Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. until duly 8th,
Monday at 9:00 a.m., in order to permit the contractors engaged in cleaning the building an
opportunity to complete a large portion of the front entrance of the building during a period
of time when the noise and dust would not hamper the public nor the employes,
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meet -
ing adjourned.
