Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Washington County make a tion in the amount of $3,000.00 for damage claims in the section of highway (from Speers Borough to Bentleyville Borough) in Washington County where the Pennsylvania Department of Highways propo to establish a limited access highway. adjourned. 7,)1957 ATTEST: NO. 153 Lane and Mazza. Motion carried unanimously,_ There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., August 21, 1957 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Commi Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Lane, that a refund voucher in the amount of $6.86 be made payable to Peoples First National Bank and Trust Company c/o Charles E. Enlow, Trust Office of Washington Branch. The Peoples First National Bank and Trust Company erroneously filed and paid taxes on The Third Presbyterian Church on duly 27, 1956, this account is exempt due to its religious status. Therefore, The Personal Property Department of the Tax Assessment Office, is hereby authorized to prepare said refund voucher in the amount of $6.86 made payable to Peoples First National Bank and Trust Company, Fourth Avenue and Wood Street, Pittsburgh 22, Pennsylvania. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Lane, that a refund voucher in the amount of 1$6.18 be made payable to Dunbar and Wallace Lumber Company, Trustee. The Dunbar and Wallace Lumber Company inadvertently listed 318 shares of Columbia Gas for the year of 1956, when they lonly owned 218 shares of said Columbia Gas and as a result paid taxes on 318 shares of stock, the Personal Property Department of the Tax Assessment Office, is hereby authorized Ito prepare said refund voucher 3nthe amount of $6.18 made payable to Dunbar and Wallace Lumber Company, Trustee, 1045 Jefferson Avenue, Washington, Pennsylvania.
