(b) Hold and save the United States free from damages due to
the construction works; and
(c) Maintain and operate all the works after completion in
accordance with regulations prescribed by the Secretary,
of the Army.
AM BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED., that the County of Washington, a municipal corporationI
of the Commonwealth of Pemasylvania, hereby assures the Secretary of the Army that it will;
adjourned.

Fork of Pigeon Creak in Bentleyville Borough, Washington
County, Pennsylvania.
(b) hold and save the United States free from damages due to

of the Army.

Pettit, Lane and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Dane, seconded by Mr. Mazza.. that the County Controller be authori
to advertise for bids for the furnishing and delivering of coal to the Courthouse and Jail for
the 1957-1958 season. Bids to be received by the County Controlled in his Office in the Courthom
Washington, ft., until 11:00 a.m., Daylight Savings Time, Monday, September 23, 1957s and opened
immediately thereafter in the Office of the Washington County Commissioners.

Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the County Controller be author12
U advertise for bids for t he painting and puttying of all the windows in the Courthouse. Bids
to be received by the County Controller in his Office in the Courthouse, Washington, Pa., until
11;00 a.m., Daylight Savings Time, Friday, September 27, 1957s and opened immediately thereafter
in the Office of the Washington County Commi$Sioners.
