September 27, 1957 TO: Commissioners of Washington County Courthouse Washington, Pennsylvania In accordance with the advertisement of theCounty Cortroller, inviting proposals for painting of all window frames and sashes on the exterior of the Washington County Courthouse at Washington, Pennsylvania, and having examined the attached specifications and understanding the same, I (or We) submit the following bids: adjourned. 19 $2, ©4o.IX) AmouNT R. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., September 27, 1957 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Commissioner and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the contract for the painting of all window frames and sashes on the exterior of the Washington County Courthouse at Washington, Pennsylvania be awarded to R. C. NOLTE AID} BROS., 705 Walbridge Street, Fittsburgh 20t - Fennsyl= vania in the total amount of $2,040.00 which is in accordance with specifications and their bid; this being the lowest responsible bid received. The Contractor shall supply the County of Wash- ington with a certificate of insurance certifiying that he is covered with Contractors Liability Insurance with at least 50400 Bodily Insurance and $50 0001ProperlrDamage and that he shall also supply us with Workmen's Compensation, Occupational Disease and Employees Liability Insurance. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Lane, that a refund voucher in the amount of $22.95 be made payable to Robert L. Ceisler, E. Bean Street, Washington, PennsylvaniA4 due to a duplicate payment of the 1957 County Tax of Susie Nemeth % John Nanit, R. D. 11, Now Middletown, Ohio. On July 11, 1957, the amount of $21.81 was paid by Susie Nemeth on property described as 2 story frame house -garage, Let 139 C L & T Co, DB 943-36, 224 Barr Street, situate is the 3rd Ward of Canonsburg Borough.
