Therefore, the Tax Clain ureau is authorized to prepare said refund voucher in the amount of $22.95 made payable to Robert L. Ceisler, E. Beau•Street, Washington, Pennsylvania. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Lanes that a refmcd voucher in the amount of $2,43 be made payable•tq Michael Eachmarsky, 453 Isabella Avenue, Charleroi, Pa., due to a dupli- cate payment on their 1957 County Tax. On July 24s 1957, the amount of $18.9� was paid by Yr. Kachmarsky on property, assessed in the name of Michael $achmarsky, situate in Fallowfield "unship and described as 4 roosa house, 3 room house and Lots 7 & 8 DB 980-239 Osborne Plan. On August is 57, Mr. Radhmarsky paid the amount of $2,43 on property- assessed in his name, situate in field Township and described as Lots 7-8 VB 980-239 Osborne Plan thus causing an over payment of $2.43. Therefore, The Tax Claim Bureau, is authorized to prepare said refund voucher in the amount of $2.43 made payable to 'Michael Kachmarslws 453 Isabella Avenue, r-iarleroi, Pennsylvania. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr, lane,,* that a refund voucher in the amount of $2.87 be made payable to Alvie: A. & Amelia A. Yecko, R. D. 1, Oakdale, 'Pennsylvania, due to pay- ment of occupation tax when they are residents of Allegheny Comty. On Avtgust, 9, 1957, Mr. Yeeeko paid tax in the amount of $77.114 on property assessed in McDonald Borough described as ii dtory house, garage, Lot 264 75xl8O EB 745-262 J N McDonald Plan also including occupation tax A.vie A. & Amelia A.
