Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Commis
Pettit, Lane and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the following polling place be
changed as follows, due to the fact that., the Courtney Church Chapel Basement., Courtney., Pennsyl-
varda, is more centrally located and will provide more space for the election board and voters,
Union Township - Third precinct
From: Clover Farm Store., Route 837
To: Courtney Church Chapel Basement, Courtney., Pa.
Rental: $15-00 no change
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. I'lazza, that Resolution No. 238 dated September
12, 1952 be rescinded for the following reason by request from the Washington County Tax Claim
Bureau: Bid being cancelled due to the -fact that the balance due and owing on said bid has never
been paid. Mr. and Mrs. Kostic, Jr., have been notified by registered mail that this action has
been taken. A new bid for these lots has been received.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the following Resolutions in re-
gards to the sale of properties for unpaid taxes by the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau., be
adopted:
