LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS PVBLt No. 174 Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., December 9, 1957 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Pettit, Lane and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that a refund voucher in the amount ofl $51.18 be made payable to Mellon National Bank and Trust Co., South Main Street, Washington, & occupation tax. Pennsylvania, due to a duplicate payment of the 1957 County real estate tax,/ On July 23, 1957, Mr. Wylie, paid the amount of $51.18 on property assessed in the nme of J. Russell & Marilyn J. Wylie, situate in -East Washington Borough and described as li story brick'house, Lot 102 Sheraton Manor. On August 1, 1957, the Mellon National Bank and Trust Co., paid the amount of 4 occupation taxi $51.18 on said property, thus causing a duplicate payment of 1957 County real estate tax../ There- fore, the Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said refund voucher in the amount of $51.18 payable to Mellon National Bank and Trust Co., South Main Street, Washington, Pennsylvania. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that a refund voucher in the amount of'I 4.85 be made payable to Mildred Rose Finney, 149 Cummins Avenue, Houston, Pennsylvania, due to a duplicate payment of the 1957 County Real Estate Tax. On July 17, 1957 Mrs, Mildred Rose Finney paid the amount of $4.85 on property assessed in the name of Earl Robert and Mildred Rose Finney situate in Chartiers Township and described as Lot 20 and 21, 210 Patsch Bros. Plan, this payment was duplicated on the same day by Mildred Rose Finney. Therefore, the Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said refund voucher in the amount of $4.85 payable to Mildred Rase Finney, 149 Cummins Avenue, Houston, Penna. Motion carried unanimously. Mention by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Peter F. Jollick, be as a member of the Washington County Housing Authority for a five i 5j year term, effective J 6, 1957. adjourned. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the Judges of our Court make 1 C able for the purpose of maintaining and cleaning of the Courthouse, these inmates now confined to the Washington County Jail and serving as trustees.
