LANE, JOHN MAZZA, CommirmaicmrLF s I 1 Mention by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that a refund Wmeher in the amount of $6,06 be made payable to James B. & Mary Edna Anderson, Kolfdale, .Pennsylvania, duals to an aver -payment of the 1957 County real estate tax. On Ju3y 19j, 1957, Mr. and Mrs. Anderson paid county taxes in the amount of $20.60 on property assessed in Canton Township described as 4 room house and garage $800,, Lot No. 50 - $200,, Wallace plan 2 - Steelworker $100, - House- keeper $100.,-said. was due to an incorrect tax statement mailed to the above mentioned taxpayer -by the bounty_Treasurer:'as Office, the correct amount of tax is - .54t thus making an over payment of $6.06. Therefore, the Tax Claim Bureau is autheAzed to prepare said refund voucher in the amount of $6.06 made payable to James B. and Mary Edna Anderson, Weifdaale, Pennsylvania. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Massa, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that a refund voucher in the amount of $24.22 by made payable to L. A. and Mattie J. Anderson, R. D. 5, Washington, remaylvania, due to an aver -payment of the 1957 county real estate Tax. On August 16, 1957, L, A. Anderson paid county taxes in the amount of $28.05 on property assessed in Canton Township described as 8.1513 acres surface $100. - 80 x 80 Allison Farm - $100, DB 892-437 Laborer $100, - House- keeper 32,©0* said amount was due to an incorrect tau statement mailed to the above mentioned taxpayer by the County Treasurer's Office, the correct amount of tax is $3.83, thus making an over payment of $24*22. Therefore, the Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said voucher in the amount -of $24,22 made payable to L. A. and Mattie J, Anderson, R. D. 5, Washington.. Pennsylvania. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Massa, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that a refund voucher in the alftnt of $5.92 be made payable to Rev. Eric A. Beavon, Box 577s Alamosa, Colorado, due to payments6of occupation taxes when the taxpayers were no longer residents of Washington County. Rev. Beavon moved from Washington County in October, 1953 but continued to pay occupation taxes for the yea; 1954, 1055 and 1956 tinder the following assessment: Brie A. & Myrna Bsavmn, North Bethlehem Township, Minister $100. - Housekeeper $3.00. Therefore, the Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said refund voucher in the amount of $5.92 made payable to Rev. Eric A. Beavon, Box 577, Alamosa, Colorado. Nation carried.
