improvement.

Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Piazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that JOHN S. McCANS., 2f 7 Seventh
Street, Donora, Pa., be awarded the contract for the Public Liability Insurance and Property
Damage Insurance to be placed with American Insurance Group Company, Newark, New Jersey, for a
one (1) year term effective at 12:01 a.m., January 29, 1958 in the total amount of $3.070.63;
this being the lowest and only bid received.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Minute Nos. 165, 166, 167,
168, 169, 1700 171, 172, 173, 1741 175, 176, 177, 178, 179, 180 and 181, were read and approved.
Notion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the
meeting adjourned.
