Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Comm
Pettit, Lane, and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the S. W. MILLER AGENCY, 40 No
Main Street, Washington, Pennsylvania, be awarded the contract for the furnishing of -Fleet
Insurance for Public Liability, Property Damage, Comprehensive A.C.'V., Fire, Theft and Collision
coverage to be placed with the Zurich Insurance Company to be written for a one (1) year term
effective at 12:01 A.M., February 18, 1958, this bid was awarded for the total amount of 41.,988.6
this being the lowest and only bid received.

Lotion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr.,Mazza, that the County Controller be
to advertise for the printing and delivering to the Election Department of the Count;
the necessary ballots and election supplies required for the conduct of the Primary Election to
be held Tuesday, 20, 1958, and the delivering of ballot boxes with election supplies to the
Judges of $lection for the one hundred eighty-seven (187) precincts, of Washington Ovanty. Bids
to bo received by the County Controller, in his Office in the Courthouse, Washington,
until 11:00 A.M., Eastern Standard Time, Friday, March 7, 1958, and opened inmediate1r,
in the Office of the County Commissioners.
