LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COM MISSIGN@RS LJ IL_ 62173-Sl in North Str%bane and Somerset Townships; Washington County, be adopted* BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of Washington Coupty that the Plans submitted for the changing of existing widths; lines and/or location of State HighVay Route 62173-S1; from Station 0+11.00 to Station 282+81.73; in North Strabane and Somerset Townshipel Washington County have been examined by the County Commissioners and they agree that Washington County will not assume liability for any property damages resulting from the changing of the above named highway as contemplated by these Plans; or any damages arising out of any changes or alteration of drain- age resulting from the construction or maintenance of this highway; or any demges,resulting to any property holdings of any Public Utility Company; nor will the County as and damages re- sulting to any coal or other minerals in and underlying the propety affected by this improvement; but that Washington County will contribute the sum of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000.00)'Dollars; to Y be paid in three annual payments of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars each; as follows; $5,000.00 to be paid on or before December 15, 1958 $5, 000.00 to be paid on or before December 15, 1959 $5,000.00 to be paid on or before December 15, 1960 The annual contributions of Washington County are to be made with the understand, ing that payment will be due and payable only upon certification fromI the Secretary of Highways that the annual installments of $5,000.00 each have been expended by the Department of Highways in the settlement of property damages for the aforesaid improvement. Motion carried unanimously. JURNStON CfIWANY, l P. 0, Box 6759 Pittsburgh 12, Pennsylvania, be awarded the contract for the furnishing of Supplies for the Primary Election to be held on Tuesday, May 20,, 1958, for the sm of $1.,825,00 (One thousand eighty hundred twenty five dollars); this being the lowest and only bid received. Motion carried unanimously., Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that T. M. BB3MION, R. D. 4, Washington, Pennsylvania, be awarded the contract for the delivering of ballot boxes and supplies to the 187 Election Precincts in the County for the Primary BUction to be held on Tuesday, May 20, 1958, for the an of $600.00 (Six hundred dollars); this being the lowest and only bid received. adjourned. .
