CO No. 195 i Office of the County (Commissioners Washington, Pa., March 10, 1958 Board of County Commissioners met in special. session at 11:00 A.M., for the pur- pose of opehing bids for the printing and delivering of 1958 Tax Statements to the County Treas- urer's Office, those present being Commissioner Mazza, Chief Clerk to the County Commissioners, Mr. Di Filippo and the Bookkeeper of the County Controller's Office, Mr. Murdock. In accordance with aforementioned advertisement the following bids were opened and read. Peter Elish,, Controller and Washington County Commissioners Courthouse Washington, Pennsylvania Gentlemen: PROPOSAL BLANK and SPECIFICATIONS for 1958 TAX STATEMENTS March 7, 1958 We respectfully submit the following quotation for the printing and delivering of 1958 Tax Statements in the following quantities as listed below. All real estate tax statements and personal property tax statements to be printed in duplicate, original to be printed on 62 lb. coated back NX.R. paper, duplicate,on 10 pt. N.C.R. tag coated front. Statement form on both to be printed in black ink, the names of assessment districts and number in red'ink (the assessment districts and number in bold print) also Payable to Harvey Stuart, Co. Treasurer in red ink and bold print. Size to be approximately 6J" x 3J" with a perforated sty. Cards to be delivered to County Treasurer's Office in individual units of an original and duplicate., in separate packages for each district, of 500 sets or less to a package. Occupation tax statements for the year 1958 to be printed on a two -cent postal to be furnished by printer, only one side to be printed. Both statement and assessment districts to be printed in black ink. Size to be approximately 5J" x 34" with a perforated stub. Cards to be delivered to County Treasurer's Office in separate packages for each district, of 500 sets or less to a package.
