LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS the West Perm Power Company for lighting services to be furnished on the bridge qpanning the Monongahela River between Donora and Webster. Each County to pay one-half of the cost of the service. Total lighting installation consists of 6 - 100 C.P. and 7 - 500 C.P. units. The total anneal billing is $520.38 this making Washington Courrty's share $260.19. adjourned. Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., March 26, 1958 Board of County Commissioners in regular session those present being Commi Pettit, Lane and Mazza. Motion by Mr. bane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the notice for the final of the Washington County General Fund Budget be advertised aril: the final day of adoption be set for April 7, 1958, the following public notice be given in'the Washington Observers N O T I C E ,In compliance with the provisions of the Acts of Assembly covering such matters, the budgets for the financial affairs for the Washington County General Fund and the Washington County Institution District for the fiscal year of 1958 having been made available for public inspection in the Office of the Chief Clerk to the County Commissioners, Courthouse, Washington, Pennsylvania, shall be finally adopted on Monday, April 7, 1958. The Fire Marshall of the City of Washington has notified and directed the Commissioners of Washington County to remove the building located at 226 Brown Avenue, formerly known as 226 Barthel Avenue, Second Ward, City of Washington, Pennsylvania as it constitutes a fire and is in violation of Ordiance No. 383, enacted April 19, 1939.
