E 3, The Tax Claim Bureau is the holder of record title as Trustee for the taming districts, the said property having been conveyed to the County Commissioners at the Treasurer's Tax Sales of January 24, 1940 and April 29,1 1940, and subsequently turned over to the Bureau under provisions of the Real, Estate Tax Law. �4. The County Commissioners on March 26, 1958, passed the following resolutions Be it resolved, that by reason of the notice from the Fire Marshall of the City of Washington, the necessary, steps be taken to comply with the order of the Fire Marshall, namely the razing of the boil& ing located at 226 Brown Avenue, formerly known -as 226 Barthel Avenue, Second Ward, City of Washington, Pennsylvania. 5, Under the provisions of the County Code (16 P.S.-2311) the approval of the Court of Common Pleas for cause shown is required to enable the County Commissioners to take action to county property acquired inter alia by Tax Sale. Wherefore, the Washington County Commissioners hereby petition your H0I40AABLE COURT, to for cause shorn the razing of the building on the aforementioned property. Francis E. Pettit /a/ Francis E.
