Board of County Commissioners in regular session those present being
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. 1401t, that the following Resolutions in
regards to the sale of properties for unpaid taxes by the Washington County Tax Clam Bureau, be
adopted:

Being property described as House,
Garage, lot, Liberty Avenue, situate
in the Borough of North Charleroi,
Washington County, Pennsylvania,
formerly owned by Alvin G. Watson
and Dorothy A. Wagner $452.41
505 Metro Glass Company, Being approximately 4 acres of
Inc. by R.C.Johnston surface more fully described as
follows: All that certain tract
of land situate in the 5th Ward
of the City of Washington, Wash-
ington County, Pennsylvania,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point Mich is a
corner common to the northerly line
of the right of way of the Baltimore
& Ohio Railroad Company, the land
of Metro Glass Companyq Inc. (formerly
the Washington Glass Company), and
the land of Washington County, thence
by land of the Metro Glass Company, Inc.,
North 230311 East 420 feet to a point;
thence by land now or formerly of
Detroit Motor Company, South 620 191
East 479 feet to post in the center
line of Weills Avenue; thence by the
center line of Weills Avenue and the
land of Washington County, South 230
311 West 420 feet to a point on the
northerly line of the right of way of
the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad; thence
by the northerly line of the right of
way of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad,
North 620 19, West 479 Feet to a point,
the place of BEGINNING.
BEING part of the same tract of
land which was sold to Washington County,
by the following described tax sales:
January 2iE, 1940 in the nags! of
Lilley Coal & Coke Co.
April 29, 1940 in the name of
Lilley Coal & Coke Co.
April 29, 19SO' in the name of
Calumet Coal Co,
The said real ¢state so sold to
Washington County was subsequently by
operation of law,'oonveyed to the
Washington County Tax Claiam Bureau. $1,500.00
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr, Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit; that the Budget for the General
Fund for the County of Washington for the fiscal year 1958 be finally adopted by the County
Commissioners; the said Budget having been available for publie inspection in the Office of the
Chief Clerk to the County Commissioners from March 4, 1958 to,this date, in accordance with the
provisions of the Act of Assembly of July 18, 1935, and the rate of taxation upon the valuation
of properties of the County of Washington, in order--to-tax sufficient revenues tee, meet required
expenditures for the fiscal year 1958, be fixed at ten mills (10), which makes the payment ®t
